✅ Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

💰 How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

📸 Proof Required

  • Please include a photo or video of the issue when requesting a refund.

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling
