We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it under the conditions below.
📦 Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us before sending your return.
🚚 Return Process
- Email us at support@bellybabe.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your return approval.
🔁 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
📦 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
❗ Important Notes
- Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns on used or damaged products unless they arrived damaged.
